Industrial Process Training use the Criterion Referenced Instruction model developed by Robert F Mager in an enhanced form as a basis to develop and formalise "On-the-Job" training in your workplace.  The developed training encompasses the principles of 'Lean Manufacturing' and 'Continuous Improvement' and has been proven to be User friendly and easy for "On-the-Job" Trainees and Trainers to follow.
